Carolyn Love is the principal of Kebaya Coaching ~ Consulting Inc., a leadership and organizational development company. Founded in 2004, the company provides three interconnected services:

Carolyn has extensive expertise in minority and women’s business development. She established herself as an expert in leading multi-cultural organizations focused on economic justice. Before starting her business, Carolyn served as the Executive Director of three uniquely different nonprofit organizations: The Denver Small Business Development Center; The Denver Metro Chamber Foundation and The Rocky Mountain Minority Supplier Development Council. She successfully led several change initiatives which increased the performance of the organization.
Carolyn has expertise in coaching the next generation of diverse leaders. She has personally coached managers and directors in the private sector and Executive Directors of nonprofit organizations.
Carolyn has expertise in designing and delivering leadership programs to mid and senior level executives. She has delivered programs at La Universidad Anãhuac in Mexico City Mexico and led students to Navajo Nation to collaborate on service related projects.
Carolyn earned a Bachelors of Arts degree in Social Work from Indiana State University in Terre Haute, Indiana and a Masters in Nonprofit Management from Regis University in Denver, Colorado. Carolyn is currently a PhD candidate at Antioch University in Yellow Springs, Ohio. The focus of her studies is leadership and change.
Carolyn enjoys traveling, hiking and spending time with her grandchildren.
